Course Description:
This instructor-led online course is designed to help you leverage your new programming knowledge in JAVA, and then apply those skills to the Google Android operating system. You will learn how to set up an Android development environment and device simulators. You see how an application is built using Android’s specific graphical user interface, input mechanisms, and features such as networking, GPS mapping, audio, video, and camera functions. By the end of the course, you’ll understand all of the processes of how an Android application is designed, created, and approved for sale in the Android Market store. This class is required to obtain certification from the Mobile Development Institute for their Mobile App Development Certification Programs.
