Course Description:
This instructor-ledĀ online course will give you a foundation in one of the most widespread development languages in existence. During this course you will learn how to use many of the utilities and methods used to develop in Java. You will learn the step by step process of creating an application; with explanation given all along the way as greater complexity is added with each lesson. Understanding Java development gives you a foundation needed for both the Android and BlackBerry platforms. By the end of this course you will be ready to begin designing and creating your own Java applications, and be prepared to take your development career to the next level. This class is required to obtain certification from the Mobile Development Institute for their Mobile App Development Certification Programs.
